HH: Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is an eating protocol that cycles between a period of fasting and non-fasting over a defined period.⁣

My interest in this way of eating peaked when I realized I could mimic some of the same benefits I experience when I am on a full fast. I also love the idea of creating more simplicity and minimalism in my diet. ⁣

There is tons of information on this concept online, one of my favorite leaders in the field of fasting is Dr. Jason Fung who has written the book Obesity Code. ⁣
